SAM (Super Adult Ministry) has an exercise program for seniors. Join us in the Irene Cely classroom on Tuesdays & Thursdays at 9am. Bring a bottle of water and a towel. There will be some aerobic, some stretching but nothing too strenuous. Contact Betsy Zaglin for more info.
